We ship all in-stock orders within 1 business day after receiving your payment, excluding weekends and Canadian Statutory Holidays.
Additional processing time may occur if questions or concerns about your order arise. We will contact you via phone or email only when necessary. Please provide current contact information during checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
If a parcel is returned due to an undeliverable address, you are responsible for return freight charges and reshipping costs.
UPS & Purolator have suspended the service guarantee; deliveries will be made as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to select an alternative carrier with a similar estimated transit time.

Return your order to Shisha World within 7 days of receipt at your expense.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged, and initial shipping charges are not refunded.
Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Ensure safe return shipping; use a courier with tracking. We are not responsible for parcels not received.
Hookah Pipes are non-refundable (new or used) due to hygienic reasons, especially given the COVID-19 pandemic.
Approved returns receive a store credit less restocking fee for future purchases.

Shisha World Canada DBA Habibi Group offers no warranty on products damaged after use. We guarantee safe packaging on arrival only.

GTA SAME DAY DELIVERY is available for orders placed before 11 AM.
Deliveries occur between 4 PM and 10:30 PM.
Receive email notifications for address verification, delivery confirmation, and tracking.
Reschedule delivery via email or SMS.
If the delivery is missed, a courier representative will reschedule within 24-48 hours.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, a $25 flat rate will be charged.
Parcels are left outside your door or with concierge. Signature option available on request.
